Symptoms

After installing Webcenter(11.1.1.3.0) and Content Management for Webcenter (UCM 10.1.3.5.1) on Linux platform starting UCM gives the following error :

csFailedToInitServer

Webcenter itself starts fine. This issue comes up if the UCM server has been shut down and then a start is performed. The first time that UCM is started after install, it starts up fine.
