Access System Setup Is Failing With 'Cannot find server' After Restarting Policy Manager Webserver (Doc ID 1151720.1)

Following problems with the existing installation, Oracle Access Manager (OAM) Policy Manager was reinstalled to try to resolve the issues.

After installation, Access System Setup is failing after specifying the person objectclass and restarting the Policy Manager webserver.

Identity System access (/identity/oblix) is working, the problem is specific to Access System Setup.

The LDAP server for OAM Configuration Data is Active Directory.

Steps to reproduce

1. Access http://PM_webserver_hostname.domain:port/access/oblix. The Access System page is displayed with links for Policy Manager, Access System Console and Identity System.
2. Click on the Policy Manager link
3. After a pause, error 'Cannot find server' is displayed for address: http://PM_webserver_hostname.domain:port/access/oblix/apps/front_page/bin/front_page.cgi
