WebCenter Interaction - Users Cannot Log In To Webcenter Interaction Due To Disk Space Limitation On The Portal Database (Doc ID 1152015.1)

Symptoms

Users are unable to log in to WebCenter Interaction (WCI). The error in the browser will be -

"You could not be logged in to the portal"


A PTSPY taken during the log in process will not show an 'Error' or 'Warning' level message. However, the following 'Info' level message will be displayed -

com.plumtree.portaluiinfrastructure.login.PTLoginHelper Connect failed.
com.plumtree.openkernel.exceptions.OKSQLException: Error in function PTSession.Connect (strUserName == 'Administrator', SecurityProviderInfo == ): Exception: Could not allocate space for object 'PTAUDITMSGS' in database 'plum' because the 'PRIMARY' filegroup is full. SQL: '/* INSERT_AUDIT_MESSAGE:ANSI */ INSERT INTO PTAUDITMSGS(CLASSID, OBJECTID, NAME, USERID, SERVERNAME, AUDITMSGTIME, AUDITMSGTYPE, AUDITMSGCONTENT) VALUES (?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?)'
