NETUI Pageflow throws java.lang.NullPointerException intermittently (Doc ID 1152938.1)

Symptoms

You will notice that the page flow application on WLW runs fine for some time and then you will see the below error:

java.lang.NullPointerException
at org.apache.beehive.netui.pageflow.internal.AdapterManager.getServletContainerAdapter(AdapterManager.java:43)


This is because the servlet context is null. At this time no other page flow in the application is accessible.
