Cannot Import Users into BPA Architect from Active Directory (LDAP Server) That Use Special Characters (Doc ID 1153328.1)

Symptoms

When BPA Architect is integrated with Active Directory as the LDAP server you cannot import users that have special characters (such as an accent mark) in their names.

How to reproduce:

Create a user in Active Directory with a special character, such as:

st�phanie

Integrate BPA Architect with this Active Directory as the LDAP server.

When you try to import this user into Architect you get an "Invalid Name" error, when this is selected for Import and Finish is selected.
