Tuxedo 10gR3 On Windows 2008 R2 : Hitting Thread Limit (Doc ID 1153495.1)

Symptoms

Configuration:

Windows 2008 Server R2 release .
Tuxedo 10.3 or later

MAXACCESSORS in ubbconfig is set to 500.
The Maximum Number of Message Queues is set to 2048 in the IPC Resources.

When trying to start 400 threads in a Tuxedo server, only 226 threads are started .

After that the following error is displayed:

092257.TuxMachineName!serverxml.xxxx.5176.399: LIBTUX_CAT:681: ERROR: Failure to create message queue
