WebCenter Analytics Document and Content Item Reports Do Not Display Results And Cause ORA-01795 Error (Doc ID 1154235.1)

When you attempt to create reports on 'Document Views' or 'Content Item Views' in WebCenter Analytics Console, no results are displayed and the following error appears in the analyticsui.log file:

ERROR JDBCExceptionReporter - [plumtree][Oracle JDBC Driver][Oracle]ORA-01795: maximum number of expressions in a list is 1000

This problem only occurs when the WebCenter Analytics database has been installed on Oracle RDBMS.
