WebLogic Server: Getting "weblogic.common.ResourceException: is already bound" exception with JDBC JNDI name

Issue of getting "weblogic.common.ResourceException: is already bound" exception with JDBC JNDI name was reported in WebLogic Server.

When attempting to call a resource that uses a specific JDBC connection, the following exception trace occurs in the logs:

weblogic.common.ResourceException: is already bound
at weblogic.jdbc.common.internal.RmiDataSource.start(RmiDataSource.java:387)
at weblogic.jdbc.common.internal.DataSourceManager.createAndStartDataSource(DataSourceManager.java:136)
at weblogic.jdbc.common.internal.DataSourceManager.createAndStartDataSource(DataSourceManager.java:97)
