Node Restart Cause Composites to Become Unavailable. Response: '503: Service Unavailable' (Doc ID 1155033.1)

Symptoms

After restart of SOA managed server, some of the SOA composite(s) do not show up as available. The FMW console shows a red "x" mark next to the SOA composite(s) and the following error appears in the SOA server's diagnostics.log.
