Hyperlinks Are Lost When Converting Doc File to PDF Using Word as Converter (Doc ID 1156636.1)

Symptoms

When using InBound Refinery to convert Word documents to PDF, embedded hyperlinks do not work. The PDF document displays the text as if it is a hyperlink, but there is no link there.

 1. Upgrade to the latest Content Server patch revision level.
 2. Upgrade to the latest IBR Revision Level.
 3. Implement the PDFExportConverter component and modify the FileFormat setting from Word to DirectPDFExport.
