Unable to Deploy JDeveloper Project with Error: Cannot register link for uri 'oracle-ridc-client-10g.jar' exception (Doc ID 1157835.1)

Followed steps in <Note 1151424.1> - UCM RIDC Plug-In For JDeveloper is unstable and crashes on start-up with java.lang.NoSuchMethodError

The note fixes the UCM connection issue but the deployment of the application to the integrated weblogic server fails with the following exception:

Error is: ' [J2EE:160164]Error while importing library Extension-Name: oracle-ridc-client-app-lib, Specification-Version: 10.3.2, Implementation-Version: 10.3.2: weblogic.application.library.LibraryProcessingException: Cannot register link for uri 'oracle-ridc-client-10g.jar'. C:\Documents and Settings\tgkyk\Application Data\JDeveloper\system11.\DefaultDomain\servers\DefaultServer\tmp\_WL_user\oracle-ridc-client-app-lib\txagb\APP-INF\lib\oracle-ridc-client-10g.jar does not exist.
