Goal

Oracle Virtual Directory (OVD) 11g for integration with Enterprise User Security (EUS).


Is it possible to bypass the requirement to extend the Active Directory (AD) schema with extendAD as outlined in the following documentation?

         Subtopic Configuring Active Directory for the Integration

Is it possible to avoid extending the AD schema by using a Shadow Join Adapter with OVD-EUS instead?

In other words, is it possible to integrated OVD with EUS withOut touching / adding / extending the AD schema?
