Electronic business extensible markup language(ebXML ) is a specification for XML standards that is used to exchange XML-based messages.
When an ebXML message is sent to trading partner, messages get stuck in WAIT-ACK state. There are no errors logged.
After restarting the server, messages flowed smoothly, and all messages which were in WAIT-ACK state were changed to complete state.
