Referential Integrity Constraint Violated For Uniquemember When Adding User To WebCenter Spaces Application Role (Doc ID 1161654.1)

After configuring WebCenter to use Oracle Internet Directory (OID) LDAP server as identity and policy store, when trying to add a user to an application role, the following error is displayed:

javax.naming.OperationNotSupportedException :[LDAP: error code 53 ...
Specified value does not exist in directory .]; remaining name = 'cn=.....


The WebCenter Spaces has been configured to use an OID instance as an external LDAP server for Identity Store and for policy storage following the documentation below:
