Reports Builder Crashing With "An Unexpected Error Has Been Detected By Hotspot Virtual Machine" (Doc ID 1161803.1)

Symptoms

Using Reports Builder from an APPS/EBS environment and when trying to open some reports (usually but not always, files of size more than 150KB) is making Reports Builder to crash.

The following is the information being displayed when crashing.
