Goal

Our usual practice is to deploy a new application as an .ear file, and then to define security policies for the application using the WebLogic Server admin console. However, every time we re-deploy the same application using a newer version of the .ear file, the security policies previously defined at the console are lost. Is there any way to maintain this configuration? By scripting it? Packaging it into the ear?
