Creating or modifying  GTC connectors in OIM Web UI results in resetting of values in "Lookup.USR_PROCESS_TRIGGERS" Lookup. All the custom configuration in this Lookup is lost. How to retain the information in "Lookup.USR_PROCESS_TRIGGERS" Lookup while creating or modifying GTC Connector?

Consider the following scenario:
1. Edit the "Lookup.USR_PROCESS_TRIGGERS" Lookup Definition.
2. Add a code key and its decode. For example "usr_email" and  "email"
3. Open Admin console and create or update a GTC
4. Refresh the "Lookup.USR_PROCESS_TRIGGERS" lookup and code key and decode entry added in step # 2 above is deleted.
