Archiver in UCM 10.1.3.x.x, When Automated, is Not Transferring Files that Have Been Updated From Server A to Server B (Doc ID 1165255.1)

Symptoms

On : 10.1.3.5.0 version, Content Server, Find that the Archiver is not transferring existing files that have been updated from Server A to Server B. After being set up initially, Archiver transfered all files and continues to transfer new content files, but when existing content is updated in Server A, the updates are not being transferred to Server B.
