Configure Oracle Access Manager to accept credentials in the format of domainname/sAMAccountName in a IWA integrated environment.

In a IWA integrated environment, by default IIS will generate 3 header variables which are REMOTE_USER, LOGON_USER and AUTH_USER. 

All these header variables will contain the domainname information in the format of "domainname/sAMAccountName". However webgate will strip out the domainname information if we use REMOTE_USER for configuring IWA.
