(Doc ID 1167643.1)
Last updated on MAY 19, 2023
Applies to:
Oracle Tuxedo - Version 8.1 to 11.1.1.1.0Information in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
On Tuxedo 8.1 version when attempting to establish connectivity between domains the following error messages occur in the logs:
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. configure 3 domains A,B,C with A pointing to B
2. B and C are having same domain names even though they are not part of the same environment.
3. Now during connection attempts, as C is defined the same way as B it was able to steal the connection from B (such that A now connects to C) even though A does not have configured anything about C and would not connect to it through it's configuration.
