Error When Attempting To Change Document Folder Name In WebCenter. (Doc ID 1168815.1)

Symptoms

In WebCenter Spaces, open a group space and click on the Documents tab. Click a folder to select it and then click File > Rename.  Change the name from "test" to "Test" and click Rename.  The following error is returned:

"Messages for this page are listed below.
Unable to rename the selected folder.
An unknown error occurred in the Oracle Content Server."

If the folder is renamed from "test" to "test2", it performs the rename without error.
