Symptoms

FRM-40735 and ORA-06508 errors raised when you exit from a Called Form with attached libraries.

FRM-40735: POST-FORM trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06508.

The error occurs if both the Pre-Form and the Post-Form triggers in the Called Form include calls to the same two PLLs.

or

The first time running a form which calls a pll, everything is fine.
The second call fails with ORA-6508

- error message "there has been an unexpected error loading the form's security (ora-6508: PLSQL could not find program unit being called). ora-01086 savepoint FM_1 never established"
