Document Name Shifts to the Left in WebCenter Spaces with IE7 when Document Name Is Larger than the Column Width (Doc ID 1172348.1)

Symptoms

When looking documents in a Group Space in WebCenter Spaces, when a Document Name is Larger than the Column Width, if you Click/Right Click the Document Name Link, the Document Name Moves/Shifts to the Left causing the document names to be unaligned.
This happens only with IE7.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a Page based on the "Community of Interest" template.
2. Click on the "Documents" Tab.
3. Create a sub-folder and upload some documents with large names.
   You should see the document names are presented like this:
   
   
   Group_Space_Name
                 SubFolder1
                            SubFolder2
                                         FORM A - ERP REVIEWER ...
                                         FORM B - ERP REVIEWER ...
   
   Note the document names are indented within the sub-folder name.
   Also the document name has "..." at the end to dentate the document name is larger than the column width.
   
   
4. Click / Right-Click on one of the Document Names with Large Display Name.
   You should see the Document Name shifts/expands to the left of the screen like this:
   
   
   Group_Space_Name
                 SubFolder1
                            SubFolder2
   FORM A - ERP REVIEWER FORM_The Truth ...
                                         FORM B - ERP REVIEWER ...
