Oracle WebLogic Server - Version 10.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

An EJB EAR application deployed in WebLogic cluster to all managed servers. In the server which started first, the pojo classes of the EAR are loaded only once, classes generated by the EJB/RMI compiler are loaded twice. After each further server start it is seen that many pojo classes of the EAR gets loaded several times again. As these classes are loaded in to permanent generation, this memory gets more and more filled up which cause high memory usage issues for the application.
