Values in Metadata List Are Blank After Import (Doc ID 1173511.1)

Symptoms

After importing a bundle from 7.5 system, metadata fields on 10g target have empty data in drop down box. Drop down lists shows Loading Data message.

For instance, you have a field named FavoriteColor on the source machine. There are three associated values: Red, Yellow, and Blue. After import, the field FavoriteColor exists on the target server, but instead of seeing options Red, Yellow, and Blue in the select list, you only see Loading Data.
