Goal

Dealing with Web Services callouts using the UTL_DBWS package requires some thought when calling methods which accept XML data such as "org.w3c.dom.Element". In this example we will  show how to ensure the XML data within your XML file is correctly escaped prior to sending the request to the Web Service.
