Last updated on MARCH 05, 2019

Applies to:

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When configuring the Oracle Enterprise Single Sign-On (eSSO) Provisioning Gateway (PG) storage settings it reports the following error on saving the settings:

The application list object is missing or corrupt.

Changes

While installing the eSSO Provisioning Gateway server new storage settings must be specified when first accessing the PG Console, /v-GO PM Console/webservice.aspx.

  1. Navigate to the eSSO PG Console, /v-GO PM Console/webservice.aspx
  2. Login as a valid AD user.
  3. Under "Settings" tab select "Storage".
  4. Enter or modify the parameters. Select Microsoft Active Directory, provide a valid server, root DN and User Paths.
  5. Enter a valid DN for "Configuration and role/group objects root DN" parameter. The DN is not that configured for the Logon Manager configuration entries.
  6. Click "Save Changes" button.
