Receiving "RenderAgent is not initialized" Error When Trying to View Images in the Basic Viewer (Doc ID 1174737.1)

Receiving the following error when trying to view documents using the Basic Viewer:

"A cache exception occurred. RenderAgent is not initialized. Requests cannot be processed."

Documents can be viewed using the Advanced Viewer, however.
