Symptoms

When using ADFdi workbooks in an environment that is using Oracle Access Manager (OAM)
and Webgate 11g, you may encounter an unexpected UserSessionRequired exception after
submitting valid credentials when challenged from an ADFdi workbook:

ADFDI-00108: user session required
