The steps to create a Java Stored Procedure in JDeveloper 11g although similar to JDeveloper 10g have slightly changed. Here is how to do this when deploying to a 11g R2 database. A couple of things you need to be aware of on the 11g RDBMS side.

In this demo we are using JDeveloper and an Oracle 11g RDBMS.
The JVM in a Oracle 11g database is version 1.5 which means we must compile/create our class in either JDK 1.4 or JDK 1.5
