Oracle HTTP Server 11g SSL Post Requests Hang or Spin When Using Internet Explorer (Doc ID 1181504.1)

Symptoms

SSL POST requests are getting stuck for 12 minutes between OHS and the proxy module mod_wl_ohs when using Internet Explorer. This does not occur with any other browser and is identfied as a browser bug. This is a supported workaround to the problem.
