Symptoms
If you create a domain with Oracle RAC and set the AdminServer username/password to something different than <USER1>/<PASSWORD1>, then you cannot boot the AdminServer with your new <USER2>/<PASSWORD2>.
Server will start only with <USER1>/<PASSWORD1> but not with the one you have provided while creating the domain.
