Oracle Enterprise Manager 11g Does Not Show Average Processing Time When Starting Servers Through NodeManager

When starting soa_servers through the node manager, Average Processing Time for the services and references in the EM Console is not getting updated and it's always zero.
When starting the same soa servers through startManagedWeblogic scripts then average processing time is getting populated.
In the NodeManager.properties file, StartScriptEnabled=true is not helping resolving the issue.
