Webgate Connection State Fluctuating Between Up/Down/Going Down

Why does the diagnostic page for a webgate status of the Access Server toggle between up and down, even though the Assess Server is always running?

  • Webgate diagnostic page shows fluctuating Access Server status.
  • Page shows AAA is up, then we see it go down than back up Also refreshing the page changes the AAA status.
