UCM Fails to Start After Installing UCM Using WebCenter Installation with Error: csUnableToInstantiateClassForScriptExtensions (Doc ID 1184474.1)

While installing WebCenter, option was selected to install UCM from WebCenter installation screens. But UCM failed to start with the following error:
