In a domain where the network connection is breaking abruptly and then again available again immediately between the JMS clients and server, the server failed to detect the peer had gone due to the temporarily broken network. Then the client tried to connect back but it failed because its previously-used identity object is still alive at the server side so it could not reconnect successfully.
