- Registering a RAC Database in OID, through OVD using an OID adapter, fails with DBCA error:
Unable to create database entry in the directory
service. - TNS-04411: Directory service: permission denied
caused by oracle.net.config
DirectoryServiceException: TNS-04411: Directory service: permission denied
caused by: oracle.net.ldap.NNFLException
- The OVD logs indicate the DN provided is wrong.

- A bind to OID as cn=orcladmin using the OVD adapter fails.
Attempts to register the database with dn "cn=orcladmin" and immediately getting the TNS-4409 and the TNS-04431 errors.
