Enrollment Process for New User is Adopting Ssprweb Identity and Not Correct User (Doc ID 1189133.1)

1. Issue is happening with new AD users that enroll through Password Reset (PR) enrollment site.
2. Initial enrollment site window displays ssprweb user, not the AD user logged in the Windows Workstation.   Enrollment is done but for ssprweb user. Confirmed by PR web console under Enrollment report.
3. Everything was working fine, i.e., previously entered AD users who enrolled long time ago can reset their password through GINA interface.
