Windows Vista Business Edition (32-bit) on x86 with MS Visual Studio 2005 Professional Edition
After applying Tuxedo 9.1 rolling patch RP118-RP135
OR
Windows Vista on x86 (Client Only) with MS Visual Studio 2005
After applying Tuxedo 10gR3(10.3) rolling patch RP015-RP022

Tuxedo command or application process execution does not work giving the following error:
