Tpesystem Error When Doing Tpcall() To Tuxedo Server (Doc ID 1190704.1)

Symptoms

When TPCALL encounters TPESYSTEM because Tuxedo is down, the value of tperrordetail shoud be TPED_TERM (2).  Instead tperrordetail=0 is being returned.
