Symptoms
Scenario :
Customer has 2 nodes in a cluster with a load balancer url, enabled server affinity and load balancing to true for queue connection factory. They have a load balancer url which will hit any of the nodes.
Load Balanced URL :
https://<HOSTNAME>.<DOMAIN>/albpmServices/enginecnm/ws/CNMIncomingContentGate wayServiceListener
We have tested the process webservice through load balancer url via soapUI,
Step1 :-
Operation Name : startSession
Remarks : Received the session id
Step2:-
Operation Name : startIncomingContentGateway
Remarks : BPM Instance is created, instance number 521
Step3:-
Operation Name : startIncomingContentGateway (with same session id got from step1)
Remarks : Invalid Session, as the next request would have been diverted to second Managed server by the load balancer
Step4:-
Operation Name : startIncomingContentGateway
Remarks : BPM Instance is created, instance number 522. This time request would have be diverted to the first server where the session was created.
