Email Is Not Working If There is a Throw Activity Present Immediately After It

If there's no 'Throw' activity the email is sent and it is working fine.
Verified the issue with the steps below:
BPEL project in SOA 184.108.40.206 is designed such that , an invocation to the "Notification Service" is followed by a "Throw Activity".In this case e-mail notifications are not being sent. However , for the same project , the email notification service works fine when the "Throw Activity" is not present after the invoke service.
