Symptoms

rw_server_job_queue table was created by executing the rw_server.sql located under $ORACLE_HOME\reports\admin\sql directory. But the results in rw_server_job_queue table show no records even though reports were executed.

This issue can happen on 10.1.2.0.2 through to the latest version 11g.
