WebLogic 10.3.x - Installation fails on IBM AIX and Mac OS X System throwing "Insufficient disk space" even though there is plenty of disk space. (Doc ID 1203178.1)

Symptoms

Issue of WebLogic Server 10.3.0 installation failing on IBM AIX was reported throwing below "Insufficient disk space" exception even though there is enough disk space on the file system.

Trying to install WebLogic Platform 10.3.0.0 appear the issue: Insufficient disk space!
The installer requires:
   ** 134MB for the BEA Home at /weblogic/V103/bea,
   ** 279MB for the product at /weblogic/V103/bea/wlserver_10.3 and
   ** 506MB temporary work space at /tmp/bea48380.tmp.
   ** There is only 1MB available at /weblogic/V103.
