WLS 10.3.3: java.lang.IllegalStateException due to duplicated ID in the Faces tree when using MyFaces (Doc ID 1204177.1)

Symptoms

JSP page displays the below errors when rendering the page:

java.lang.IllegalStateException: Client-id : j_id_id8 is duplicated in the faces tree.
