Goal
When trying to create an event in Web Center 11.1.1.3, the form to create the event is displayed, but instead of displaying the labels for each field, the following strings are displayed:
???CALENDAR.FORM.EVENTCREATEFORM???
???CALENDAR.EVENT.TITLE???
???CALENDAR.EVENT.LOCATION???
???CALENDAR.EVENT.PROVIDER???
