Filtered Table Fails with Error "Attempt to set a parameter name that does not occur in the SQL" the First Time When the Preset Filtered Value is Changed

When there is a View Criteria that is set to "Query Automatically" option in the UI hints, and show the result of this VC in a filtered ADF table, after the initial correct display of the filtered values on the table, with the next change of the filter value and re-filtering of the table, only the first time an error like the following is experienced:
SQL error during statement preparation. Statement: SELECT Emp.EMPNO, Emp.ENAME, Emp.JOB, Emp.MGR, Emp.HIREDATE, Emp.SAL, Emp.COMM, Emp.DEPTNO
FROM EMP Emp WHERE ( ( (Emp.DEPTNO = :vc_temp_2 ) ) )
