Symptoms

An error message is returned when attempting to commit a batch:

Failed to commit batch HR00000000000005. Error Number: 40011, Error: Commit Profile - IPM Direct Commit: Document file already exists. Commit is configured to abort. Document File: C:\Program Files\Oracle\Document Capture\002\0000000N\0000000N_1.TIF
