Javabean In Beanarea Does Not Move When Window Moved (Doc ID 120606.1)

Symptoms

 You run a Form on the Web containing a 'Bean Area'.
It displays correctly on the screen. However when you
drag / move / reposition the Window containing the bean to a
different place then the bean remains / stays / sticks in the
same position! The bean does not move with the window.

To reproduce :
- Create a new form
- Create a beanarea.
Within the Bean area place the Standard Sun Java demo 'Juggler Bean'
(Duke the Juggling Penguin) into the bean area. See references
for where you can get a sample of the juggler bean.
