OIF 11g: Unable to start second OIF server through EM (Doc ID 1209063.1)

Symptoms


Configuring OIF HA system.  Installed and configure the following components
Machine 1 - Admin server, Cluster, wls_oif1, OHS1

and


Machine 2 - Expand the cluster during configuration and configured only wls_oif2, OHS2.



Problem statement:, When we try to start the OIF2 from EM, we're getting the following error

Start Up operation for application OIF on target wls_oif2 FAILED.
